Golden two seconds!

"
It was 9.00 A.M... To attend a training session at 9.30 A.M in my new team I was about to leave..
This New team seemed to me like a new life where I wanted myself to act perfect and shrewd.. I know there is a train scheduled close to 9.10 A.M... And if I catch it I'll be able to enter the 10A block of iNautix at 9.28 A.M thereby I could be able to go on time.
But Overconfidence broke my confidence
..
Thinking that I can reach the MRTS within 10 minutes, I walked rather slower than I should have been...
When I was about to reach the station I saw the train approaching very fast.. Still I had confidence(over) to catch it.. I kept on running, running, gasping... but in vain.. The driver of the train was more shrewd and perfect than me, that he did not mind my signal to stop.

If I had got ready two seconds prior.., or if I had got up from sleep two seconds earlier.., or if hadn't face the struggle of going through
the water clogged pits in the uneven road to the station caused due to the continous rainfall the previous night...,
or if I had convinced the train driver and compromised his punctuality.., I would have sustained the unerring Ms.Perfect Title..

In fact it is a matter of two seconds. But somehow two seconds matter!
